While keeping the up rhythm in mind, use your hips and knees to push your body forward to create a forward rhythm!
This one is fast-paced and involves using your body in different directions, so it might seem a little difficult,
but it's an important rhythm in hip-hop, so be sure to try it out!

ーーーWhat is the Challenge Project?ーーー

This will be a more practical lesson than our usual ones!
This time, instead of having AKI teach you each movement and step as in previous lessons,
you will watch AKI's movements one by one, instantly memorize them, and then dance them.

By repeating this, you will eventually create a four-eight combination!
You will also learn how to transition from the one-eight movement to the two-eight!

This is a challenge that will test your adaptability and memory.
