While focusing on the down rhythm, lean your body backward and use your hips and knees to lean forward!
Use this rhythm and try to connect it to various other movements!
You may not be able to do it at first, but with repetition your body will get used to it, so try to master the backward movement while really feeling the music!
ーーーWhat is the Challenge Project?ーーー
This will be a more practical lesson than our usual ones!
This time, instead of having AKI teach you each movement and step as in previous lessons,
you will watch AKI's movements one by one, instantly memorize them, and then dance them.
By repeating this, you will eventually create a four-eight combination!
You will also learn how to transition from the one-eight movement to the two-eight!
This is a challenge that will test your adaptability and memory.
