This is the first part of WAACK’s basic drumming!
I’ll carefully and slowly explain how to use your body,
so please watch and practice along with me until you can dance comfortably
You’ll be practicing the same movements over and over, so it might feel tiring ,but practice makes perfect!
The more you practice, the easier it will become to express yourself, so keep going

💡 About the Lesson
This is Part 1 of the WAACK fundamentals, focusing on basic arm movements.
In this lesson, we’ll practice forward and backward arm motions, taking time to move slowly and build proper body awareness.
You’ll repeat the same movement many times, which may feel challenging at first, but it’s an important step in building a solid foundation for WAACK.
By moving and practicing together, the motions will gradually feel more natural, and you’ll start to connect the movement to dancing.
Let’s start by getting comfortable with the movement and work through it together!
